Groundwater Analytical Results
The chemical analytical results of groundwater samples obtained from monitor wells at the site on
. October 30, 1996 are summarized in Table B and shown on Figure 2 Chemical analytical results
Indicate that no detectable concentrations of TPHg and BTEX constituents were identified in monitor
well MW-30 for this reporting period MTBE was reported with a concentration of 11 micrograms per
liter(ug/1) in a sample collected from monitor well MW-30 Attachment I contains photocopies of the
laboratory analytical reports and chain-of-custody forms
SITE REMEDIATION
Soil Remediation System.
The soil remediation system consists of ten soil vapor extraction wells with thermal oxidation treatment
During the first quarter of 1996,the operation of the remediation system was discontinued pending the
evaluation of current regulatory changes Due to the remediation system shutdown, there were no
influent soil vapor samples collected this quarter Approximately 106,119 pounds of gasoline have been
removed and treated at the site since the system began operating in August 1989 The total pounds of
gasoline removed is based on the cumulative pounds removed reported by the former consultant,
Sunriver, and added to the pounds of gasoline removed during the system operation by SECOR
FORTHCOMING ACTIVITIES
During the first quarter of 1997,SECOR will conduct additional well monitoring, purging, and sampling
activities The results of these activities will be summarized in a quarterly monitoring report to be
. submitted to you in April 1997 In addition, SECOR will report the results of an investigation currently
in progress at the Site The purpose of the investigation is to evaluate if hydrocarbon impacted soil
identified during previous investigations at the site has been adequately remediated
This report presents our understanding of existing conditions at the subject site The conclusions
contained herein are based on the analytical results and professional judgment which are in accordance
with current standards of professional practice, no other warranty is expressed or implied SECOR
assumes no liability for exploratory borings or data reported by other consultants or contractors
ED O!
Sincerely, E.Dpi 4C
SECOR International Incorporated
 NQ.6065 a
 0
Todd J Brown John E Bower, R GOF CAL1F0
Staff Geologist Senior Geologist
TJB/JEB tb
Attachments
SECOR International,Inc CONOCO Inc
Conoco110700-019-021Stockton 496 2 January 14, 1997
