The groundwater sample was slowly transferred to laboratory-cleaned
sample containers, sealed with Teflon lined caps, and transferred to cooled storage
Groundwater samples were submitted, under appropriate chain-of-custody to Quanterra Environmental
Services Laboratory in Austin, Texas for analysis of total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline
(TPHg), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes (BTEX), and methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE)
using the U S Environmental Protection Agency Method 8020/G.
Groundwater Elevation Data
A summary of data regarding groundwater levels through June 6, 1996 is presented in Table A. Since
the last quarterly monitoring event, groundwater elevations have increased approximately 2.9 feet
across the Site. The groundwater flow direction is generally toward the south at an approximate
igradient of 0.001 ft/ft (Figure 1)
SECOR Intetnational, Inc CONOCO, Inc
ConocoU0700-0191Stockton 296 July 23, 1996
17 - th Jlru 5aoaownlu C,1 95816-7001 O16J t70-43» 016)456-0110/ 1\
