UTpgradier., Environmental C,-)nsultants
January 14, 2000
Ms. Carol Oz
PHS/EHD
P. O. Box 2009
Stockton, CA 95201
Subject: Work Plan for Initial Groundwater Assessment
Waterloo Liquors
2512 East Waterloo Road
Stockton, CA
Dear Ms. Oz:
In response to your letter of December 1999, Mrs. Patricia Peluso has retained Upgradient
Environmental to prepare a Work Plan to further investigate the site at 2512 East
Waterloo Road in Stockton. This investigation was recommended by the Regional Water
Quality Control Board before the Board would concur with your recommendation for site
closure. If the proposed plan is acceptable to PHS/EHD, we will forward it and a cost
estimate for the investigation to the UST Cleanup Fund for approval.
As in the 1999 investigation, V&W Drilling will be the drilling contractor, and we
assume that the Site Safety Plan, fees, and drilling permit from that investigation are still
in force. Therefore, these items are not included with this plan.
Please forward a copy of your response to us when you have completed your review of
the plan. Should you have questions during your o e at our
Stockton phone number.
Sin rel , VIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION
1 // 04 E.Weber Ave.Third Floor 95201-0388
;,, y, P.
