Chest Subject : Rite Aid Hazardous Waste Inspection Follow- Up Good Afternoon Matt, As I was reviewing the 2018 Rite Aid stores' hazardous waste inspections, it came to my attention that the violation regarding inadequate employee training is still open for each store in which that violation is applicable . In order to close the violations, could you please submit a copy of the employee roster and the syllabus/training materials documenting the supplemental in - person hazardous waste compliance training provided to each store by Rite Aid ' s California EHS staff?
