Chest <br /> Subject : Rite Aid Hazardous Waste Inspection Follow- Up <br /> Good Afternoon Matt, <br /> As I was reviewing the 2018 Rite Aid stores' hazardous waste inspections, it came to my attention that the violation <br /> regarding inadequate employee training is still open for each store in which that violation is applicable . <br /> In order to close the violations, could you please submit a copy of the employee roster and the syllabus/training <br /> materials documenting the supplemental in - person hazardous waste compliance training provided to each store by Rite <br /> Aid ' s California EHS staff? <br />
