Loop West, Suite 600 <br /> Houston, Texas 77292-2021 11-1567-0411 <br /> Subject- First Quarter 1995, Groundwater Monitoring Report <br /> Former E-Z Serve Station #100966 <br /> 2537 Waterloo Road, Stockton, Cahfornia <br /> Dear Mr Cobb <br /> Brown and Caldwell conducted the first quarter 1995, groundwater monitoring event at E-Z <br /> Serve Petroleum Marketing Company of California's (E-Z Serve) Former Station #100966, <br /> 2537 Waterloo Road, Stockton, California, on March 16, 1995 The work performed at the <br /> subject site included collecting depth-to-groundwater measurements from eight groundwater <br /> monitoring wells, purging and sampling eight wells, and submitting the groundwater samples <br /> to Southern Petroleum Laboratories Inc. (SPL), an analytical laboratory located in Houston, <br /> Texas and certified by the State of California Department of Toxic Substance Control for <br /> analysis of hazardous materials. Fieldwork was performed following the procedures outlined <br /> in Attachment A. <br /> Field Activities <br /> Depth-to-water measurements were collected using an oil-water interface probe and a clear <br /> acrylic bailer was used to check for the presence of free product. Free product was not <br /> identified in any of the monitoring wells. A minimum of three well volumes was purged from <br /> each of the monitoring wells prior to sampling Samples were collected from each of the <br /> monitoring wells, transferred to the appropriate sampling vials, and submitted to SPL under <br /> appropriate chain-of-custody. In addition, a duplicate sample was collected from Well MW-1 <br /> and a field blank was prepared prior to sampling Well MW-1 A trip blank was prepared by <br /> SPL and accompanied the samples during shipping Samples were analyzed by SPL for total <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylene <br /> isomers, following Environmental Protection Agency Methods 8015 modified and 8020 <br /> 01/12N5\E+tREl15671QrRLYRFn1ODX&1sr-1995 WP5 <br />
