HYDRO <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> TEQINOLQ M,INC. <br /> lA INTRODUCTION <br /> The purpose of this report is to present the results for recent field activities <br /> performed by Hydro-Environmental Technologies, Inc. (HETI) at E-Z Serve Location <br /> No 100966 located in Stockton, California (the site). A site location map is attached <br /> as Figure 1. <br /> The tasks performed during this phase of work included the following- <br /> • Obtained off-site access agreements for monitoring well installations. <br /> • Obtained well installation permits from the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services Environmental Health Division. <br /> • Drilled and logged three soil borings <br /> • Collected soil samples from the borings <br /> • Installed three two-inch diameter monitoring wells <br /> • Developed the newly installed wells. <br /> • Collected ground water samples from the newly installed wells for laboratory <br /> analysis. <br /> • Surveyed all wells <br /> • Incorporate results of most recent quarterly sampling of monitoring wells MW-1 <br /> through MW-5 with this report. <br /> The purpose of these borings and well installations was to determine the lateral <br /> extent of the fuel constituents detected during the preliminary site assessment. <br /> 1.1 Site Location and Description <br /> The site is located at 2537 Waterloo Road in Stockton, California at the intersection <br /> of Auto Avenue The gasoline underground storage tanks (USTs) and the fuel <br /> dispensers have been removed, and it is currently occupied by a small market. The <br /> surface of the facility is paved with the exception of a gravel driveway located <br /> behind (to the north) the building and a planter located to the east of the building <br /> 1 <br />
