XIV. MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE PROGRAM <br /> i <br /> HETI personnel and subcontractors engaged in field operations shall be participants in <br /> their company Medical Surveillance program, and must be cleared by the examining <br /> physician(s) to wear respiratory protection devices and protective clothing for working <br /> with hazardous materials. The applicable requirements under California <br /> Adnumstrative Code (CAC) Title S, Section 5216, which is available at the HETI office <br /> for review, shall be observed. Project-specific medical surveillance is 1:1 is not <br /> required. <br /> XV.
