I
' for monitoring well boring MW-5 .
Floating product was not observed on the groundwater
' surface in any of the wells. However, during well
development and water sampling some odor was noted from
the groundwater collected from monitoring wells MW-1,
' MW-2 , MW-3 , and MW-4 . Laboratory analysis of the water
samples collected from wells MW-1 through MW-5 detected
the presence of TPHG and BTEX in all of the samples
' except MW-5 .
6. 0 STUDY LIMITATIONS
' TPE's investigation for the E-Z Serve facility at 2537 Waterloo
Road, Stockton, California is based on a surface reconnaissance,
review of pertinent references, subsurface exploration,
' laboratory analyses of selected soil and groundwater samples , and
analyses . The chemical analytical results for the samples are
considered applicable to that borehole and depth from which they
' were collected. The soils encountered in the borings are
believed to be representative of the site; however, the soils may
vary in character between observation points. The conclusions
contained herein are based on the field, analytical data, and
' professional judgement which is in accordance with current
standards of professional practice. No other warranty is
expressed or implied. The findings and conclusions of this
report are valid as of the present time; however, the passing of
time could change the conditions of the subsurface due to natural
processes or the influence of man. Accordingly, the findings of
this report may be invalidated, wholly or partly, by changes
' beyond our control .
