Mr. Brian Cobb
. December 14, 1995
Page 2
Summary of Findings
Free product was not identified in any of the monitoring wells Field data collected during
the sampling event indicate groundwater elevations have decreased relative to last quarter.
Groundwater was identified as flowing to the west-southwest, under an average gradient of
approximately 0.002 feet per foot. Analytical laboratory results show an increase in
petroleum hydrocarbon constituents in the samples collected from all of the wells compared
to the previous quarterly sampling results. A summary of the depth-to-water measurements,
calculated groundwater elevations, and analytical results are included in Table 1. A
groundwater contour map, identifying the primary groundwater flow directions on September
14, 1995 and the analytical results, is included as Figure 1. Field notes, the chain-of-custody
form and the laboratory data sheets are included in Attachment A.
If you have any question regarding the information presented herein, please contact me at
your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,
BROWN AND CALDWELL
Todd Miller
California Registered Geologist No. 6328
TM/lkg
Attachments
cc: Mr. John Reeves, Attorney at Law
Ms. Linda Turkatte, San Joaquin County Public Health Services Department
Mr. Steve Camp, Brown and Root
HPL'°rm
