Box 388
Stockton, California 95201-0388 11-1567-0711
Subject: Amendment to October 17, 1994, Work Plan for E-Z Serve Management
Company Site #100966 2537 Waterloo Road, Stockton, California
Dear Ms. Turkatte:
As per your request, Brown and Caldwell has reviewed the proposed air sparging (AS)/soil
vapor extraction (SVE) test and concurs with your conclusion that based on the December
1994, water level data the on-site groundwater monitoring wells cannot be used as monitoring
wells during the proposed AS/SVE pilot test, because the static water level has risen to the
top of the perforated well casing. We therefore propose to install two additional SVE wells
at the locations identified on the attached figure. These wells will be used as monitoring
wells during the AS/SVE pilot test. A diagram illustrating the construction of these two
additional wells is also attached. Brown and Caldwell plans to install and construct these
wells between December 30,1994 and January 3, 1995.
If you have any questions or require additional information, please call me at your earliest
convenience at (510) 210-2278.
Sincerely,
BROWN AND CALDWELL
Todd Miller
Project Manager
TM:evm
Attachments(2)
vatis.ts6nw,n2.wrs
