Solving environment-related business ��problems worldwide V� , r�I� n rl,� www deltaenv com 3164 Gold Camp Drive •Suite 200 Rancho Cordova, California 95670 USA # 1 QQ 916 6382085 800 477 7411 ENVih0lJ%,iEN F FIEALTH Fax 9I6 63$8385 PER MIJ/ RVICES February 8, 2006 Harlin Knoll San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health E Weber Avenue, 3rd Floor Stockton, CA 95202 Re Case Number# 1757 Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report, Fourth Quarter 2005 Former RPMS No 100966 2537 Waterloo Road, Stockton, California Delta Project RPMSO-966 Dear Mr Knoll Delta Environmental Consultants, Inc (Delta) has been contracted by Restructure Petroleum Marketing Services of California (RPMS) to perform environmental services at the Former RPMS (E-Z Serve) Location 100966(Figure 1) The groundwater monitoring data discussed in this report was collected on December 29 and 30, 2005 The work was performed in accordance with the field methods and procedures included in Appendix A Groundwater Level Measurements On December 29 and 30, 2005, Delta personnel mobilized to the site to conduct groundwater monitoring activities The depth to groundwater was measured in twenty two monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-18, MW-18D, VW-1, V W-2 and EX-1) The depth to groundwater ranged from 50 96 feet to 51 72 feet below the top of casing Groundwater elevation data collected on December 29 and 30, 2005, were used to create a groundwater elevation contour Map, in both the shallow wells (Figure 3) and the deep wells (Figure 4) The groundwater elevation data show the groundwater flow direction was to the west with a gradient of approximately 0 001 across the site Measured depths to groundwater and the calculated groundwater elevations are presented in Table 1 Measurements predating the first quarter of 2000 are presented in Table 2 Field data sheets for the fourth quarter sampling event are attached in Appendix B Groundwater Sampling and Analytical Results During the December 29 and 30, 2005 groundwater monitoring event, groundwater samples were collected from twenty two monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-18, MW-18D, VW-1, VW-2 and EX-1) Prior to sampling, the monitoring wells were,_purged by removing approximately three well casing volumes of water `.' with a submersible pump Following purging, separate disposable polyurethane bailers were used to collect samples from each well Each groundwater sample was decanted into properly labeled, laboratory A member of 1 w Vpms cVworkmglproject files%100966 stockton 2577 waterloo roa&gwmN4 q 051rpms 0966 bwm 4th q05 doe X1n S — 1
