0
Associated Soils Analysis
May 23,1994
File No. 420-93
Brian Cobb
E-Z Serve Management Company
2550 N. Loop West,Ste.600
Houston,TX 77292
1 —
PROJECT: E-Z Serve Location#100966,2537 Waterloo Road,Stockton,CA
Dear Mr.Cobb: ,
In accordance with your request, quarterly groundwater sampling was conducted at the above
subject site on March 30, 1994. This quarterly work package includes a site data summary table,
site groundwater gradient map (FIGURE 1), laboratory analyses of those samples collected by
ASA,monitoring well sampling record, and sampling and purging protocol(ATTACHED). Our
field and laboratory analyses were conducted in accordance with approved ASTM and EPA
standards. 22n8b `V .oal '
A*
Hca
✓ All wells on the site were sampled a analyzed for BT X and TPH as Gasoline. No BTEX was
detected except in MW-3,at which ppb Benzene wa found. TPH(g) was reported in all eight
wells in concentrations ranging from 11.0 ppb in MW-8 to 830 ppb in MW-3.
Groundwater depths at the site have decreased relative to last quarter, indicating that the
groundwater table is higher by about four and a half feet. A site groundwater gradient was
determined by calculating the groundwater elevation in each well (SUMMARY TABLE) and
contouring the elevation data (FIGURE 1). There is an apparent high at MW-4 which produces
a gradient direction varying from northeast to west. The gradient magnitude is approximately
.005 feet per foot. This value is significantly higher than that reported last quarter, but this is
due to the high at MW4. The wellhead elevation of MW-4 relative to the other wells will be
confirmed in the next round of sampling.
If you have any questions about these results, please contact our office.
Sincerely,
ASSOCIATED SOILS ANALYSIS,INC.
QOrr Satoh
' pg5P11 04
O
GaryJ. wion ao 0
R.G.5574 .
