At the time of inspection, there were no items found stored <br />inside the hazardous waste storage totes, and based on the manifests found on site, the most recent hazardous <br />waste pickup was on 7/5/2019 (see photos IMG 7749-65, 7795-6). Three open totes, three Dollar General carts, and a <br />Dollar General basket were found in an area labeled "Damages," and were filled with various items, including possible <br />hazardous waste items. Oscar confirmed that the items in the totes, carts, and basket were damages waiting to be <br />processed. According to a Dollar General guidance document titled "Is It Waste?" a "product is waste if it meets any <br />of the following criteria: damages and unusable, leaking, missing labels, has a broken sprayer or actuator, cannot be <br />designated for store use." (IMG 7772, 7774-5, 7780, 7784-5) <br />- The following possible hazardous waste items were found in an open blue tote in the "Damages" area (IMG 7772-3): <br />1. A container of Clorox disinfectant wipes. <br />2. A container of Top Job laundry bleach. <br />3. A container of Tide Simply Odor Rescue laundry detergent. <br />- The following possible hazardous waste items were found in two open green totes in the "Damages" area (IMG <br />7774-8): <br />1. A bag of Hickory Charcoal Briquets, which was torn open. <br />2. A bottle of DG Home Fabric Refresher, which had a broken spray nozzle. <br />3. Two packs of Studio Selection makeup removing facial towelettes (value twin pack). <br />- The following possible hazardous waste item was found in a Dollar General basket in the "Damages" area (IMG <br />7780): <br />1. A bottle of Cascade Complete Gel Dishwasher Detergent, which had a piece of its cap missing. <br />- The following possible hazardous waste items were found in a Dollar General cart in the "Damages" area (IMG 7784): <br />1.
