The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for LODI OIL INC ARCO #/83680 as of May 06 , 2020 . <br /> Open violations from May 09 , 2019 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #307 - Monitoring system of the interstitial space of a double walled system not maintained . <br /> Per the technician , the diesel annular sensor failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested and , <br /> therefore , the tank is not monitored . The interstitial space shall be monitored with a monitoring system connected to <br /> an audible and visual alarm system . Immediately contact a properly licensed , trained , and certified contractor to <br /> replace the failed component with a functional component ( LG 113-x listed , if applicable) , under permit and <br /> inspection of the EHD if needed . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #314 - Failed to have secondary containment or secondary containment not tight. <br /> The fuel filters under the dispensers are not located to allow drips and leaks to drain back into the UDC . Secondary <br /> containment shall be provided for all single-walled UST components . Immediately provide approved secondary <br /> containment for the filters under permit and inspection by the EHD . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #315 - Water in secondary containment not removed , analyzed , and properly disposed of ( prewJul <br /> 2003 ) . <br /> Liquid was observed in the diesel STP sump , the diesel fill sump , and all UDCs except 7/8 were wet . If water could <br /> enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration , it must be removed and disposed of properly. <br /> The service technician removed the liquid from the diesel sumps .
