Stacy Rivera: <br /> The intent of this letter is to respond to the item(s) you noted on your Inspection Report issued to the <br /> location referenced above dated 04/30/2019 . <br /> Item 118 : On your inspection report you noted that a copy of the Underground Storage Tank Statement <br /> of Understanding and Compliance Form was not found in CERS . <br /> I <br /> Resolution 118 : A copy of the Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance <br /> Form was uploaded to CERS on 05/23 /2019 . <br /> Item 306 : On your inspection report you noted that the flex piping had hoses attached and looping <br /> around. You requested that all monitoring equipment be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the <br /> earliest possible opportunity . <br /> Resolution 306 : The appropriate changes were made by Tanknology after the monitoring certification to <br /> ensure that any leak would be detected at the earliest possible opportunity. <br /> Item 315 : On your inspection report you noted that liquid was observed in UDC 1 /2 . You requested that <br /> it be removed and treated accordingly. <br /> Resolution 315 : The liquid was removed with absorbent and placed into the hazardous waste drum on- <br /> site . <br /> Item 320 : On your inspection report you noted that the overfill testing was conducted on 10/ 15/2018 and <br /> requested that all testing 018 .
