Item 118 : On your inspection report you noted that a copy of the Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form was not found in CERS . I Resolution 118 : A copy of the Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form was uploaded to CERS on 05/23 /2019 . Item 306 : On your inspection report you noted that the flex piping had hoses attached and looping around. You requested that all monitoring equipment be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity . Resolution 306 : The appropriate changes were made by Tanknology after the monitoring certification to ensure that any leak would be detected at the earliest possible opportunity. Item 315 : On your inspection report you noted that liquid was observed in UDC 1 /2 . You requested that it be removed and treated accordingly. Resolution 315 : The liquid was removed with absorbent and placed into the hazardous waste drum on- site . Item 320 : On your inspection report you noted that the overfill testing was conducted on 10/ 15/2018 and requested that all testing 018 .
