This was corrected on site . <br /> -One red metal 55 gallon drum of used oil was observed next to the filter cake dumpster without a label . This was <br /> corrected on site . <br /> -Six green plastic drums of shaker waste ( lint and other debris) were observed outside the northwest corner of the <br /> building without hazardous waste labels . The operator stated that this waste would be put inside the filter cake <br /> dumpster. <br /> -Two black metal 55 gallon drums of hazardous waste were observed outside between the empty plastic drums and <br /> totes on the northwest corner of the building with faded , unreadable labels . <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information : <br /> - the words " Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> - composition (contents) <br /> - accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information . <br /> This is a repeat violation , Class II . <br /> Overall Inspection Comments : <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection .
