The most recent manifest, 012177801JJK,from 3/1/2019 would be what I would need to see. Please provide a copy of that manifest. Since it cannot be determined how long the used oil has been on site the used oil needs to be properly disposed of. Your site is a large generator and can only store hazardous waste on site for a maximum of 90 days. Since there is no way to identify how long the oil has been on site it needs to be disposed of. Provide a copy of the disposal record when this is completed so that I can close out the violation. If you have any more questions please let me know.
