SANJOAQUIN <br />COUNTY— <br />Environmental Health Department <br />AMENDED <br />9/16/2020 <br />Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />Facility Address: —[De: <br />LODI MUNI SERVICE CENTER <br />1331 S HAM LN, LODI <br />ptember 16, 2020 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />306 <br />CCR 2630(d), 2641(a) Monitoring equipment is not installed or maintained to detect a leak at the earliest <br />opportunity. <br />OBSERVATION: The diesel STP sensor and 2,000 gallon 87 STP sensor were located below the vent piping <br />perpendicular to the product piping not at the lowest point thus not located to detect a leak at the earliest <br />opportunity. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest <br />possible opportunity. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The sensors were relocated to the lowest point of the sump under product piping by the <br />service technician. Ensure that all monitoring equipment is maintained and located to detect a leak at the earliest <br />opportunity. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br />finished on 9/16/2020 and replaces the initial checklist. Violations #106 and #205 were removed. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in -office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($152).
