Dollar General #14130, 4115 N EI Dorado St. Stockton, CA Record ID PR0537834 <br /> 07/19/2019 CUPA— Haz. Waste <br /> PHOTO#45 <br /> D. The following bagged waste items were found in an Acid HW tote (IMG 7552-3): <br /> 1. An open box of Garnier Color Sensation Permanent Hair Color, containing a container of developer and a container of colorant cream. "Acid" <br /> appeared to be written on the outside of the box. On the box's label, hydrogen peroxide was listed as an ingredient in the developer, and ammonium <br /> hydroxide was listed as an ingredient in the colorant cream. According to the DG Poster and Oxidizer HW Guidance, hydrogen peroxide is classified as an <br /> Oxidizer, and ammonia and hydroxides are classified as Alkaline. (IMG 7554-62) <br /> 2. A box containing DG Health Children's Cold &Allergy Antihistamine and Nasal Decongestant, which listed drug facts. According to the DG Poster <br /> and Toxic HW Guidance, medicines are classified as Toxic. (IMG 7563-4) <br /> 3. A container of Holloway House Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Cleaner. However, the scanner indicated the cleaner should have been placed in <br /> the Toxic HW tote. (IMG 7565-7). <br /> 4. A container of DG Home Lemon Ammonia. However, according to the DG Poster and Alkaline HW Guidance, ammonia is classified as Alkaline. <br /> (IMG 7568-71) <br /> Ak.; ID <br /> PRODUCT EXAMPLES KEY. . .
