Albert stated when store employees <br /> find a leaking or damaged item that can no longer be sold, the employee will place the item into a HW bag located behind register one (IMG 5531), and <br /> place the item into the unlabeled tote. Albert stated the items in the tote are sorted into their appropriate HW tote by a manager at least once a day. There <br /> were no items in the unlabeled tote at the time of inspection, however the inspector notified Albert that once an item is determined to be HW, it must follow <br /> all of the applicable HW regulations, including proper labeling, and proper management of incompatible wastes. Albert understood, removed the unlabeled <br /> tote from the shelf, and indicated he would inform the employees that any HW items found are to be processed into a HW tote immediately. <br /> •.
