Dollar Tree#01260, 3728 E Hammer Ln Stockton, CA Record ID PR0538094
5/6/2019 CUPA- Haz. Waste
PHOTO# 10
An open cardboard box labeled "Hazmat" containing various items was observed on a black bench next to register 1 in the store. According to Lacie
Geiszler, assistant store manager, the box of items was placed near register 1 on the previous day and was waiting to be processed and placed in a HW
tote, but she did not know who placed the box of items near register 1. The cardboard box contained the following items (see photos IMG 5869-5904):
o A bag labeled "Hazardous Waste" containing rags or wipes that appeared to be used for cleaning. Lacie stated the wipes were from a pack of
Electronics Wipes. When Lacie scanned the pack of wipes, the hand-held scanner stated "See guide"for the disposal code.
o Three broken and partially empty 64 fl. oz. containers of LA's Totally Awesome Original Laundry Detergent. The liquid detergent inside the containers
had solidified. The scanner indicated the detergent should be placed in a State-Regulated, Toxics, Electronics, OTC Pharmaceuticals, Universal Waste
(STOU) HW tote for disposal.
o A partially empty 64 fl. oz. container of LA's Totally Awesome Stain Lifter Laundry Detergent. The scanner indicated the detergent should be placed in
a STOU HW tote.
Ffl AM CUPS
VERRES EN MOUSSE
73 mL}
UN`C PKG
OZ 1473 m
a
ra.
.rte ._yalii.ir.
1 = _
OOr.--AR
TFtEEps
8-96 OZ
B1,j5AcH
uP ,
s Jpj
Elianna Florido, REHS Page 10 of 49
