The bag did not contain absorbent. The scanner indicated the dish soap should be placed in a <br /> STOU HW tote. According to the Dollar Tree California Training Guide of Hazardous Waste Handling and Processing Procedures, absorbent is to be <br /> added to a bag containing a leaking item to absorb any free liquid, and if a significant amount of liquid is still present in the container, the container should <br /> be double-bagged. <br /> o Four broken prayer candles. The scanner stated "See guide"for the disposal code.
