I; <br /> Please be advised that this office has reviewed the ably ve referenced site assessment <br /> workplan and have found it to be inadequate. The following items should be addressed <br /> in an revised workplan or addendum to the existing workplan and submitted to this <br /> office for approval. t <br /> 1. Clarify the rationale used in determining the placement of soil borings to define <br /> the lateral and verticle extent of soil contamination. <br /> 2. Include the layout of the former product pipe lines on the site map. In addition, <br /> provide the location of nearby underground public utility lines (including water, f <br /> sanitary sewer, and storm sewer). k <br /> 3. Submit documentation of the disposition of the excavated contaminated soil. <br /> J <br /> 4. Surveythe exact location, status, depth, static llevel water measurement, and type <br /> P � YP <br /> (municiple, domestic, irrigation) of water wells Iwithin 500 feet. <br /> 5. Include a site specific Health and Safety Plan. It <br /> 6. Present laboratory results in table format for all soil and ground water samples <br /> analyzed for this site, including those collected �at the time the tanks were <br /> removed.
