The following items should be addressed <br /> in an revised workplan or addendum to the existing workplan and submitted to this <br /> office for approval. <br /> 1. Clarify the rationale used in determining the (placement of soil borings to define <br /> the lateral and verticle extent of soil contamination. <br /> 2. Include the layout of the former product pipe llllines on the site map. In addition, <br /> provide the location of nearby underground public utility lines (including water, <br /> sanitary sewer, and storm sewer). <br /> i <br /> 3. Submit documentation of the disposition of the excavated contaminated soil. <br /> 4.
