San Joaquin County intends to <br /> assess the presence of waste oil constituents in the soil beneath two locations of a former <br /> waste oil tailings as requested by your office. <br /> Please review the proposal/work plan. Enclosed are a completed boring permit <br /> application, a completed authorization to release analytical results, and a completed work <br /> plan review application. A check for $70 is enclosed for the $35 fees required for the <br /> boring permit and work plan review. Request that the work plan review is completed by <br /> May 12, 1989. <br /> If you have any questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact <br /> us.
