The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for West Lane Chevron as of August 01, 2018. <br /> Open violations from June 20, 2018 inspection <br /> Violation#301 -UST system is not operated to prevent unauthorized release, including spills and overfills. <br /> Fuel filters were observed outside of all under dispenser containments at the facility. The underground storage tank <br /> system shall be operated to prevent unauthorized releases.
