This exemption, shall not apply to a new tank installed after June 1, 1989. 5.7.4 The storage of organic material with a capacity of 250 gallons or less where the actual storage temperature does not exceed 150°F. 5.7.5 The storage of unheated organic material with an initial boiling point of 302°F or greater as measured by test method ASTM D-86.
