A separate permit for the <br /> fugitive source or pressure vessel is not required. <br /> ;j <br /> 5.10.6 Pits and ponds as defined in Rule 1020 (Definitions). <br /> i4 <br /> 5.11 Portable Emissions Units <br /> ;i <br /> The following exemptions shall be effective until May 1, 1994: <br /> . <br /> 5.11.1 An existing portable emissions unit. <br /> 5.11.2 A new portable emissions unit with potential to emit no more than <br /> 10 tons per year of each of the affected pollutants. <br /> Written records verifying the emissions necessary to,qualify for and maintain <br /> exemptions -shall be kept by the operator and shall be made available for <br /> inspection upon request.
