' <br /> Tusk 2 : Perform utility clearance at the locations of the <br /> three proposed monitoring wells <br /> Task 3 : Drill - and sample soils at the three boring locations, <br /> and construct groundwater monitoring wells <br /> Task 4: Purge and sample the wells <br /> Task 5: Perform chemical testing on soil and groundwater <br /> samples <br /> h <br /> Task 6: Evaluate findings and prepare report. <br /> These six tasks are further described below: { <br /> i <br /> Task 1 - Aaency File„Review <br /> We have reviewed the records of the SJC/PHS/EHD and the Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) to find if petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons have been released within one-quarter mile of the <br /> site.. We have also consulted with the Department of Water <br /> f Resources to find out if there are registered water wells within <br /> 2.,000 feet of the site. Results of our agency file review will <br /> be presented in our Soil and Groundwater Investigation report. <br /> i <br />
