Addendum to letter of April 18, 3969
Please find attached 3 pages of analytical results obtained from soil samples
taken from the floor of the evaporation basin located in the far northeast
corner of the property: San Joaquin County Parcel, #067-100-68.
I. Total petroleum hydrocarbon analyses: Will detect gasoline and
diesel residues, as well as petroleum "Spirits"-(thinners, solvents
and lacquer paint wastes) None were detected.
II. Halogenated volatile organic analyses will detect the restricted,
but most commonly available halogenated solvents/degreasers. None
were detected. ,
III. Persistant and bioaccumulative toxic metals were analyzed for
according to CRC Title 22, Article 31, Section 66699. Levels
were below toxic threshold limits, and generally were commensurate
with natural soil abundance concentrations.
In summation, the surface soils and the collection basin on the property
present no environwntal hazard calling for remediation.
The underground tG.nk removal and required analytical procedures have yet
to be accomplished at this date...
