Results of our review are summarized below. <br /> • Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Active CTBT Tracking System for San Joaquin county <br /> (February 1991) . <br /> T' The Central Valley Tank Tracking System provides <br /> information on site names and addresses and types of <br /> reported fuel leaks from USTs from the Central Valley. <br /> The following sites are within the 2,000-foot radius study <br /> area: <br /> - Lawson & Rishwain <br /> 2827 Cherryland Avenue <br /> Hydrocarbon Spill <br /> The EHD file for this site was reviewed by HLA <br /> personnel. We noted that in September 6, 1988 a 500- <br /> gallon gasoline tank was removed. Soil samples <br /> collected at that time, nine feet below grade indicated <br /> contamination. Subsequent sampling, performed on <br /> ka October 11, 1988, indicated non-detectable results on <br /> soil samples collected 20 feet below grade. <br /> Paragon Ventures <br /> �M Marlowe Properties <br /> t . <br /> 4648 East Waterloo Road <br /> Gasoline Leak <br /> The EHD filo for this site was reviewed by HLA <br /> personnel. We noted that in January of 1988 a 500- <br /> gallon regular gasoline tank was removed. Soil samples <br /> collected at 17 feet below grade contained Total <br /> Volatile Hydrocarbon concentrations of 2,100 ppm and <br /> 2,200 ppm.
