In an attempt to satisfactorily determine if a seriousj:prcblem exists in the <br /> subsurface area around the UST, PHS-EHD recommends that a confirming soil sampling event in the <br /> area of the previous boring (8-5) be conducted. Soil samples and a grcuni�iwater'i grab sample should <br /> be collected and analyzed for the same constituents that were detected in the previous investigation. <br /> The results obtained during this investigation will help determine if the site Imay be certified for closure <br /> or require further investigation andlor remediation.
