Monitoring wells will be installed following cflmpletion of <br /> construction activities at the site. The contamination remains undefined. The City of <br /> Stockton has taken over as the active responsible party for,site investigation proposals <br /> since purchasing the property in September 2004. <br /> 5000 S.
