The following were participants in~the discussions: <br /> Jim Leonard General Services Diane Hinson, PHIS/EHD <br /> Dan DeAngelis Stockton Airport Michael Infurna, PHS/EHD <br /> Frank Dishman Motor Pool Mary Meays, PHS <br /> Craig Ogata General Services Letitia Briggs, PHS/EHD <br /> Joe Ramage IT Corp <br /> David Fisch Fisch Environmental <br /> The following is a summary of the sites discussed and the regulatory directives related to each site. <br /> Enclosed is a meeting participation record for your referral. <br /> Current Tank Compliance <br /> Letitia Briggs indicated that tanks located on the following San Joaquin properties are out of <br /> compliance: <br /> Pac West, 5000 South Airport Way, Stockton: 1845-14/1005-01 (12,000 gal UL gas) <br /> Courthouse. 222 East Weber, Stockton: 1285-01 (10,000 gal UL gas) <br /> Canes Building, 24 North Hunter, Stockton: 2372-01 (10,000 gal diesel) <br /> Downtown Motor Pool, 130 North Hunter, Stockton: 1150-01 (8;,000 gal gas) <br /> 1150-02 (5,000 gal gas) <br /> Please be informed that all tank violations must be corrected by August 2. 1995. Dan DeAngelis <br /> stated that he would contact Pac West to clarify San Joaquin County's responsibility regarding the <br /> continued operation of the tank.
