! 10 INTRODUCTION <br /> On behalf of the San Joaquin County Facilities Management Department, Ramage <br /> Environmental, Inc has prepared this Revised Work Plan and Groundwater Monitonng Report, <br /> Second Quarter 2006 for submittal to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Divjsion Ptr <br /> (EHD) and to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) EHD <br /> requested this work pian on November 17, 2005 <br /> This revised work plan includes an expansion of the scope of work originally proposed by Ramage <br /> Environmental in Work Plan, Additional Site Investigation , dated February 17, 2006 EHD <br /> requested the revision to the work plan in their directive letter dated June 27, 2006 <br /> 1 1 Site Location and Description <br /> ' The site is a government vehicle and sheriff bus parking area on the east side of the county <br /> courthouse, located at 222 E Weber Avenue in Stockton, California (Figure 1) The parking area <br /> ' site is approximately 11 feet below street grade, and is accessed by a ramp on the west side of Vhe <br /> San Joaquin Street, approximately 150 south of East Weber Avenue One former 10,000-gallon c}-gyp-may <br /> gasoline underground storage tank (UST) and a single former gasoline dispenser existed at the <br /> site (Figure -0 0 0 !^d d,e'sA—I +an.K. <br /> 12 Previous Work <br /> 1 1 2 1 UST S stem Removal <br /> On August 30, 1996, Fisch Environmental removed the UST system According to the EHD <br /> ' inspection notes, the tank appeared to be in good condition, but the underground piping was <br /> pitted, rusted, and disintegrating at the points EHD noted gasoline odor in the excavation <br /> Fisch Environmental collected two soil samples from beneath the north end and one soil sample <br /> from beneath the south end of the former UST, two soil samples from beneath the former <br /> underground piping (P1 and P2), and a single soil sample from beneath the former dispenser <br /> (P3) The soil sample locations are shown on Figure 2, and the results of the soil sample <br /> ' analyses are summarized in Table 1 <br /> 4 <br />
