Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 "t Foaa`" <br /> 209/468-3420 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for the <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 102 S WILSON WAY, in the City of Stockton, has been reviewed by San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division. The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous <br /> substances which contaminated the site due to an unauthorized <br /> release associated with the underground storage tanks (UST) <br /> formerly located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a determination <br /> that the plan is in compliance with local, State and Federal laws <br /> and regulations and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits <br /> to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Environmental Health Division, 304 E.
