San Joaquin County Public Health
Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) has issued permit #005659 for
the additional monitoring well to be installed during this next phase of field work.
As all permitting requirements have been satisfied, please implement the workplan as
soon as possible. The data to be gathered from this phase of field work should be
sufficient to produce a corrective action plan (CAP). The submittal of a CAP is the
next step towards initiating cleanup at the site. Once cleanup is initiated, the levels
of contamination at the site can begin to be reduced and the length of time until site
certification shortened.
If you have any questions or wish to discuss this letter in more detail, please contact
Linda Turkatte, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-3441.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
Linda A.
