CALIFORNIA 95202-1997 A1
TELEPHONE 209/944-8212 C,
January 17, 1989
Mr. Willie Gray
1957 East Marsh Street
Stockton, CA 95205
Good morning Mr. Gray:
The Community Development Department investigated your concerns
regarding the fence at the old motor movies on Highway 50 , and
whether or not the pile of dirt at the Knowles Service Station is
contaminated.
The vehicle storage yard located at 3883 South E1 Dorado Street is
zoned M-1 and is approved for storage of wrecked vehicles. The
only fencing requirement is that the fence on the west side of the
property separating the R-1 zone from the M-1 zone is required to
be a solid masonry fence. All other fencing is at the discretion
of the property owner.
If you require additional information regarding this matter, please
contact Frank Alford, Community Development Department/Planning
Division, at 944-8623.
The removal of gas tanks and inspections regarding contamination
of the dirt is handled by the San Joaquin Local Health District.
Please contact Lori Cotulla or Diane Hinson at 468-3420 .
Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.
