Wilson Way Site Code: 9031
Stockton, CA
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) issued you a directive by letter dated 31
August 2005 to submit a site conceptual model that incorporates data from your site and the sites located
at 101 and 130 South Wilson Way, and that provides a professional opinion of the origin of the plumes of
dissolved contaminants traversing between the 102 and 130 S. Wilson way sites.
In order to assist the three responsible parties (RPs) and/or their consultants in complying with this
directive, EHD has scheduled a meeting at EHD (304 E. Weber Avenue, 3rd Floor, Stockton) on 20
October 2005 at 9:00 AM. EHD is inviting the three RPs and/or their consultants to this meeting to provide
attendees copies of boring logs and analytical data for each site to facilitate the research needed for the
requested models and will outline current EHD analysis and interpretations of the available data as
related to the development of a site conceptual model. Attendees are welcome to, but need not, comment
on their own interpretations at this time. This is intended to be an informational meeting to help you meet
the 31 August 2005 directive. As a point of clarification, it is not EHD's intention that you provide detailed
models of the plumes emanating from the other sites, but to characterize your plume and demonstrate its
relationship to the area of possible commingling between the 102 and 130 S. Wilson Way sites, which will
most likely require that you incorporate data from the other sites. Please let the undersigned know if you
or your consultant will attend the meeting.
Questions or comments may be directed to the undersigned at (209)468-3436 or by mail (address on the
letterhead).
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
Nuel C.
