Presented below are results
i' of total petroleum hydrocarbons tests performed on soil samples
i ' obtained from the project site. A copy of the test results from
a
the analytical laboratory is also attached.
i
Sample # Boring5 Depth
p th
Gasoline and Diesel Fuel
)` ConcentrationmgLknl
F
SAMPLE r 1 TB-1 P 2.0'
196 **
14 SAMPLE # 2 TB-] @ 10.D' None Detected (EPA 8015)
11 SAMPLE # 3 TB-1 @ 15.0' None Detected (EPA 8015)
SAMPLE # 4 TB-3 A 2.0'
SAMPLE 5 TB-3 15.0, None Detected (EPA 8015)
SAMPLE. ,# 6 TB-3 @ 20.0' None Detected (EPA 8015)
None Detected (EPA 8015)
Note: "None Detected" at <10 mg/kg
C4 - C12 Gasoline Scan
to
yv
DISCUSSIONS AND CONCLUSIONS
Based on the results of total hydrocarbon concentration analysis,
it appears that the highest concentration at 196 mg/k
from
soils sampled in test boring TB-1 at a ,depth of 2feet sbelow
existing grade. Though vapor detector has registered some
reading on other samples taken at greater depths during field
i exploration, only that particular sample had shown measurable
H concentration by laboratory testing. All other selected soil
samples from test boring TB-3- had__"non-detected" -results base--on
30 mg%kg detection limit.
4
LIM
