This study is <br /> performed in accordance with guidelines outlined in ARCO <br /> 1 Petroleum Products Company's site acquisitions standards titled: <br /> "Standard Procedures for Hydrocarbon Evaluations for <br /> The Arco Petroleum Products Company on New "AM/PM" <br /> Site Acquisitions" <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The project site is located northeast of the intersection of <br /> Wilson Way and Washington Street. in Stockton, California as shown <br /> on the Vicinity Map, Plate 1. The entire site had been paved and <br /> utilized as an automobile auction yard. The ground Surface is <br /> relatively level with a slight drainage down gradient toward the <br /> northwest. - At the time of our investigation, the site was vacant <br /> with chain-link fence surrounding the perimeter. <br /> 1 <br />
