BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS FILTHY AND THE WORKERS <br /> WERE NOT WEARING ANY MASKS OR GLOVES WHILE HANDLING THE PRODUCT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. The meat observed is raw and some prepared, however none of the <br /> meat appeared spoiled.The meat display case is currently tempted at 35F and all the sliding doors are closed to ensure no <br /> cold air escapes. The facility is small in terms of square feet, advised owner to remove excess items behind the counter for <br /> facility to appear less cluttered.
