99 Cents Only Store#177, 1120 E Hammer Ln Stockton, CA Record ID PR0538451 <br /> 2/7/2019 <br /> PHOTO#47 <br /> -The following items were found in a HW Flammables tote with accumulation start date 10/10/18 (IMG 4193): <br /> -A Personal Care Total Sport deodorant stick (IMG 4195), although according to the 2019 employee HW training material, deodorant is classified as a <br /> toxic waste, and to be placed in the HW Corrosive Bases tote. <br /> - Car Care Protectant Wipes (IMG 4196). <br /> - Four containers of Alberto VO5 Men 3 In 1 Shampoo Conditioner Body Wash (IMG 4204-4205)with shampoo leakage inside the bags, however <br /> according to the 2019 employee HW training material, shampoos are classified as toxic waste, and to be placed in the HW Corrosive Bases tote. Also, <br /> according to The Accumulation Poster"Rule#2" states "No Free Liquids" and indicates absorbent should be placed in the bag with the leaking item. <br /> -A container of Derm Cosmetic Labs Lavender Hand Soap (IMG 4206-4207), however according to the 2019 employee HW training material, soaps are <br /> classified as toxic waste, and to be placed in the HW Corrosive Bases tote. <br /> - LA's Totally Awesome Glue-Away Adhesive Remover Cleaner(IMG 4208-4210). Rabia called the Strongpak phone number listed on the HW posters <br /> posted above the HW storage area (IMG 4215-4216)to verify that adhesive remover should be placed in the HW Flammables tote.
