Yesterday, I contacted a board and secure <br /> contractor to secure the two houses. Once the houses are secured (and remain vacant), I should be able to close this <br /> housing abatement case. <br /> There is a lot of junk and trash on the property. San Joaquin County Community Development Department handles <br /> those issues.They may have a current enforcement case on the property. You may contact them at (209)468-3141 to <br /> find out if there is any enforcement case with them.
