Blew out cooler. Ran and tested.Ambient temp in room was 98 degrees in the morning, Unit Wr is running at 208 airend temp. Cooler and thermal valve are working correctly.Advised customer to vent the room to remove heat. Checked alarm history and found high start pressure on last 7 alarms, Shut down unit and heard air leaking past MPV. Started unit anc pressure would not build past 95 psi, Blowdown valve was stuck open. Shut down unit and restart. Unit running ok at this time U-Need MPV due to leaking air, U-Need blowdown valve due to slicking open while unit is loading. U-Need major service due to 11154 hours on oil, Matt Gaska r�
