Topped oil, used 2 <br /> quarts, Cleaned coolers. Cleane scavage line. No oil leaks found. Ran and tested. Thermal valve opened at 215 airend temp. <br /> Checked separator differential p ssure was 3 psi. Oil filter was good. Blower fan is working.After thermal valve opens, unit runs at <br /> 198 airend temp, Customer insta led exhaust fan in compressor room.Ambient temp was 95.Shutdown unit and removed anti <br /> condensate plunger on oil injection tube. Removed sump lid and checked separator o-rings ok.Ran and tested. Thermal valve is <br /> sticking and doesn't open until alrend temp reaches 2.15-220, <br /> U-Need thermal valve. <br /> Matt Gaska <br />
