05 May 1997 <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 97-0330 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> LABORATORYANALYSIS <br /> Selected soil samples will be analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as diesel (TPH-D) <br /> and volatile aromatics (benzene, toluene,Methylbenzene and xylenes: BTE&X) in accordance with <br /> EPA methods 8015m and-8020/602. Laboratory reports and sample chain-of-custody documentation <br /> will be presented in a report with the findings and recommendations. <br /> REPORT PREPARATION <br /> Upon completion of probing, sampling and laboratory analysis, a report-of findings will be prepared <br /> summarizing results of the work performed. The report will include recommendations for additional <br /> investigation or remediation, if necessary. The report will be in a format acceptable to the PHS-EHD <br /> and CVRWQCB and will be reviewed and signed by a California Registered Geologist. <br /> Also enclosed is a site specific health and safety plan, drilling permit and a service request form from <br /> property owner. Upon approval of the Work Plan, we will schedule field activities.
