S A N J D AR I N Environmental Health Department <br /> u j ;"� i y AMENDED <br /> 10/23/2019 <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> AMERICAN TRUCK&TRAILER REPAIR INC 2969 LOOMIS RD, STOCKTON September 09, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> During the site walk through the following was observed: <br /> (One)55-gallon black metal drum of paper filters labeled with a hazardous waste label did not have any of the <br /> following information completed: <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> (Eight)55-gallon black metal drums of used oil filters did not have a hazardous waste label. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words"Hazardous Waste", <br /> name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), accumulation start <br /> date <br /> Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective action statement and <br /> supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The report was amended by <br /> the EHD because disposal record of paper and metal filters are disposed of on a uniform manifest. Violation 608 <br /> CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters was removed and replaced with the correct <br /> violations. The amended report replaces the initial report. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by November 22, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
