The Site is bounded by North Wilson Way to the northwest, North Sanguinetti Lane to the northeast and residences to the south. The surrounding land use is mixed residential and commercial. Site History/Assessments In June 1989, soil contamination was identified during the removal of USTs. To date, eight monitoring wells have been installed and monitored regularly.
