In the maintenance <br />shop: <br />-One black 55 gallon steel drum containing oily absorbent (1/4 full) was missing the accumulation start date and the <br />hazardous property. <br />-One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing used antifreeze (full) had a hazardous waste label that was missing the <br />physical state, hazardous property, accumulation start date, and the name and address of the generator. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br />words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br />(contents), accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
